Hi. I'm currently working on starting a "organized" adaptive SCUBA program in Columbus Ohio but am have some trouble with the organizational aspect. Has anybody set up a club/group from scratch that can give my some pointers on how to get this up and going successfully? What qualifications do instructors need? What are the differences between HSA and SDI's "Scubility" programs? Can any certified instructor run a "Discover Scuba" or do they need some kind of adaptive scuba instructor cert?
